Assistant Management Board

Full time or part time (min. 30h per Week)

Your tasks:

  • Involvement in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and Management Board meetings
  • Taking on correspondence jobs and travel planning for our Managing Directors
  • Administrative and strategic organisation and support
  • Appointment and meeting coordination
  • Follow-up of appointments and targets

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the commercial area
  • Good expression and a confident and smart appearance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Work experience as an assistant preferable
  • Excellent organisational skills
