Customer survey – record participation

Under strict control and with the help of “lucky fairy” Marina, the happy winners of this year’s customer survey competition have been found out.

Quality Manager and Deputy Head of Service & Quality at SPANGLER said: “We were very pleased that the survey was significantly accepted with a rate of 60 responses”. Certainly, the SPANGLER team deals now with every suggestion, idea and criticism. Especially innovative ideas are also followed up and developed together in dialogue with customers, suppliers and employees as SPANGLER applies to the following statement: “We measure the success of our innovations by the success of our customers”. According to this principle and beyond the yearly survey SPANGLER intends to “stay tuned” and opens its innovation management for continuous ideas and improvement suggestions for all people interested in the company.
