28.03.2022 Successful Vocational Training

28.03.2022, Töging. At Spangler Automation in Töging, five apprentices have successfully completed their apprenticeship and are now starting in responsible positions.

With the presentation of the training certificates, the final step of the apprenticeship has been completed, marking the end of the training years. Last week, it was time for five of our apprentices. The training to become an electronics technician specializing in automation technology is divided into company-based training segments and academic portions in Neumarkt and Weiden, consisting of both theoretical and practical studies. This is supplemented by courses from the Chamber of Crafts, which further intensify specific areas of study. Five young colleagues have now received their certificates of apprenticeship.

The Spangler management team, consisting of Tina Lambert and Christian Brandmüller, congratulated the new professionals on their excellent achievements. In a brief speech, Tina Lambert thanked the apprentices, describing the completion of the training as the beginning of a lifelong learning process. She particularly emphasized the extensive development opportunities that the profession offers. Electronics technicians specializing in automation technology are needed everywhere in the economy to bring power to systems and ensure their operation. In recognition of their excellent results, the management also presented the former apprentices with mementos of their training years.

Each year, Spangler Automation trains around seven career starters. In addition to electronics technicians, office staff and dual students are also recruited. For Spangler, training their own specialists is an optimal way to fill demanding positions.
