<p>The specification comprises the control system, including data storage with remote access, an operation cabinet with touch panel as well as programming and visualisation of the plant, completely manufactured on a Skid frame.</p>
<p>To ensure correct functioning of the plant, it had been completely assembled, wired and tested by us before it was delivered to Colorado, USA.<br />
As one of the few German manufacturers certified to produce control cabinets according to UL, we could implement customer‘s requirements without any problems and were able to deliver five further orders for the American market.</p>

<p>With the help of EPLAN we have combined the old documents of the drying plant and conveyor plant, newly built up and digitised them.</p>
<p>The programming and the user interface of the touch panel was chosen in a way that the functionality was increased, and a finer setting of the programmes was enabled.</p>
<p>In addition to the new control cabinet for the control Siemens S7-1200, on-site control boxes were installed.<br />
The extended retrofit makes it possible to connect the drying chamber and the conveyor belts to the control system which already controls the other plants of the malthouse.</p>

<p>We were commissioned with the construction of the control cabinets and the programming, cabling and start-up for the enlargement of the sewage treatment plant of a large dairy.</p>
<p>Our control systems provide a professional control of the sewage treatment plant and cooling plants. Besides the assembly and the cabling of the switch units, three PLCs were programmed and integrated in the existing and established control system of the customer.<br />
By the SCADA system, the plants are directly<br />
controlled by touch displays in the production rooms or by the control centre.<br />
To continuously ensure the high quality of execution, we took over the complete electrical installation of the plants.</p>

<p>The sensor technology distributed in the plant is pluggable via a bus system IO link which is insensitive to interference. Thus, the maintenance effort is reduced to plug and play, as new sensors are parametrised automatically via the IO-master.</p>

<p>Programming of the logic was carried out on failsafe Siemens PLC S7-1515F – 2PN. We have applied a<br />
redundant FlowChief control system for a continuous control and process data supervision.</p>
<p>All installation devices and touch displays were executed according to IP69K certified type. This is designed for a permanent operation in humid surrounding and for the cleaning with high pressure.</p>
