Innovative products require innovative processes. They are not created behind closed doors but during communication with customers, suppliers and our own potential support – our employees.
The best solutions often arise out of daily routine. Therefore, we listen inside and outside and have established a culture out of it: Between 2011 and today (23 June 2016) our employees came forward with 688 suggestions how we can operate even better – 193 out of them prove its worth now in practice.
The same applies to our customers. During innovation workshops we mutually exchange our observations and experiences and develop new ideas together. We measure the success of our innovations by the success of our customers.
Your ideas are in demand when it comes to the topic of open innovations. SPANGLER addresses all groups of people that are somehow connected to the company, for example customers, suppliers and neighbours, public persons or our employees’ circle of acquaintances. The path is rather simple. You just fill out the online form which is sent directly to our Innovation Manager Franz Wittmann. He specifically takes charge of internal and external ideas and incentives. You get a personal letter and a little present as a direct thank-you gift. However, there is more to come for particularly valuable suggestions.
