After two successful customer trainings in spring and autumn last year, the safety training ‘Access in enclosed rooms of waste water facilities’ will take place again this year. You can find a review of this training here.
At the annual Neighbourhood Day of the waterworks neighbourhood in Kelheim, all specialists from the waterworks in the region meet for a training event and for a mutual exchange.
During IFAT Munich, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management, Spangler invited national and international customers and business partners to a Bavarian evening, the royal trade fair break. They met in the casual outdoor area of the restaurant König Ludwig an der Messe. Here the guests could talk in a relaxed atmosphere and could enjoy the Bavarian specialties of the buffet and tap their own beer.
Anyone who works in enclosed rooms of waste water treatment plants may be exposed to many underestimated hazards. These must be identified at an early stage so that accidents do not occur at all. From the equipment to entry protection and hazards from gases or oxygen deficiency – in order to ensure our employees‘ safety, Spangler regularly carries out safety trainings.
The Software SPANGLER Electronic Material Request, short SEMA, has already facilitated our goods logistics for some years. We have now completed the software by the SEMA App to enable our electricians on the installation site to have access to our material supply. The development took about four months; currently our employees are testing the app in the operative application.
Once a year we carry out a customer survey. Only thanks to the honest feedback of our customers we can meet their needs even better. Specific questions concerning product properties, support, scheduling or service can be answered and constructive feedback on issues such as additional services or industry 4.0 may be given.
We look back on our first online live lecture on the subject of ‘Virtual start-up‘ with great satisfaction. We decided to go this electronic way as the long-lasting Corona restrictions have made it difficult to visit our customers. Martin Müller and Robert Heislbetz gave a presentation to the nearly 30 connected customers via webinar. The focus was on the numerous additional benefits that can be realized with a virtual start-up.
