Töging, 12.03.2024. With five talented electronic technicians, a new generation of electronics experts has finished their apprenticeships. These young professionals have completed their training with outstanding achievements and are starting their careers in the exciting and ever-evolving world of electrical engineering.

“We are pleased to celebrate five successful graduations again. Three of our trainees even received recognition for their performance with particularly good grades in vocational school,” says Managing Director Tina Lambert. The five skilled workers have not only acquired deep technical knowledge and practical skills during their apprenticeship but also gained valuable experience in a work environment that offers good working conditions. “Spangler places great emphasis on creating a work environment that is both productive and pleasant,” Lambert explains. “We firmly believe that good working conditions are just as important as hard work and commitment. The good results once again proved this.”

For Lambert, the trainees have impressively shown once again that gender plays no role in success in electrical engineering. Spangler looks back on a long tradition of female electronics technicians.

The newly qualified professionals were awarded their diplomas at a graduation ceremony at the vocational school in Weiden in der Oberpfalz (Upper Palatinate). Subsequently, they and their families were invited by the company for a meal. After that, the new professional life begins. In the last weeks, the prospective professionals have already familiarized themselves with roles as programmers, electrical designers, and electronics technicians for automation systems.
