22.11.2023 Spangler honours long-time employees

22.11.2023, Töging. In a special ceremony, Spangler Automation honored 16 deserving and long-time colleagues for their years of employment.

Together, the 16 honorees represent a total of 245 years of service to the company, amounting to several lifetimes of a working life. The management personally thanked the employees for their loyalty and service during the ceremony. The honorees were joined by their respective department heads to reflect on the years spent together.

Recognition for Loyalty and Commitment
Managing Directors Tina Lambert and Christian Brandmüller took a lot of time to honor each employee personally. In their individual speeches, they also addressed the roles of the employees in the company’s success story. The honorees have been with the company for 10 to 30 years, leaving their professional marks in various roles and departments. “Each of today’s honorees represents commitment, expertise, and team spirit, representing the values of our company,” says Managing Director Tina Lambert, emphasizing the significance of the awards.

Bright future prospects
The company’s promising future prospects can be attributed to the second group of honorees. Through an internal improvement system, employees can participate in the company’s processes. This year, five employees were also recognized for providing valuable suggestions. One proposal, in particular, aimed at standardizing databases for visualization, struck a chord in simplification efforts. Lisa Bögerl took first place with five submissions, followed by Gregor Veit in second place, and three colleagues shared the third place.

Cozy Gathering
The event concluded with a cozy get-together. After 245 years of collective cooperation, there were plenty of anecdotes shared over snacks.
