SPANGLER – the Plus of Hygiene.

The framework conditions of the foodstuffs industry are extremely demanding: the handling of foodstuffs requires absolute hygiene and precision, and the industrial mass production stipulates reliability and safety.SPANGLER was recently able to demonstrate these strengths with the automation of a sausage conveyor system. The particular challenge here: the system had to be designed for stand-alone operation as well as for integration into an existing system. “We were responsible for the technology and for the programming”, says Project Manager, Jürgen Muszeika. The application fields of such a system are highly diverse: it can be used to produce sausage salads or sausage meat just as well as gingerbread, potato products or fruit jellies.

Effective service support

Highly modern measuring procedures for length, flow and weight were prerequisites as well as remote maintenance and a high level of safety measures. “We created the circuit diagrams in EPLAN and are able to provide an extremely effective service with intelligent PDFs”, says Jürgen Muszeika.
