12.12.2025 SPANGLER honors 13 long-serving employees with a total of 270 years of service

Mallerstetten, December 12, 2025 – In a festive setting, Spangler GmbH honored long-serving employees who have shaped the company over many years with their dedication and commitment.

A total of 13 employees were recognized for their long-standing service, together contributing an impressive 270 years of experience, expertise, and dedication to the company. The honorees look back on 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, or even 40 years with Spangler – a testament to loyalty and continuous professional development.

Honoring Long-Serving Employees

Surrounded by department heads as well as the honorees themselves, Managing Partner Tina Lambert presented the awards to this year’s jubilarians. At the heart of the ceremony were individual tributes in which Lambert highlighted each employee’s personal career path and achievements. These words of appreciation were accompanied by images from past years shown on a large screen.
“Today is a very special day, as we celebrate some of our long-serving employees who have remained loyal to our company for many years. It is a great pleasure for us to honor your achievements together and to extend our sincere thanks to each and every one of you,” Lambert emphasized in her address.

Jubilarians Shape the Company – Past, Present, and Future

The longest-serving employee, Helmut Weigl, has played a particularly significant role in the company’s history for 40 years – having started as an apprentice, he went on to become Head of the IT Department and has been a constant and valued presence at Spangler for decades. Martina Glas, Thomas Neger, and Hubert Rackl were honored for an outstanding 35 years of service.
All award recipients stand as symbols of the stability, team spirit, and expertise that have defined Spangler for decades. They have helped shape the company and continue to play a key role in ensuring that Spangler is today one of the high-performing partners in the field of automation technology.

Innovation Award Winners and Christmas Celebration

The festive event also marked the ceremonial opening of the subsequent Christmas celebration with the presentation of the 2025 Innovation Awards. Employees were recognized for their outstanding ideas that provide fresh impetus and enrich the company with practical, forward-looking solutions.
“I am impressed by the commitment and innovative spirit with which you help shape our company,” said Managing Director Christian Brandmüller during the award ceremony. These creative impulses are crucial to ensuring that Spangler can continue to respond with strength and focus to developments in markets and technologies in the future.

Christmas Celebration as a Festive Conclusion

The Christmas celebration for the entire workforce took place at Gasthaus Freihart in Mallerstetten. In a festive atmosphere, everyone came together to round off the year with good conversations, a warm sense of togetherness, and a wonderful mood – a fitting conclusion to a successful year and a moment to celebrate community and gratitude.

Looking ahead to the upcoming anniversary year 2026 – when Spangler will celebrate its 45th anniversary – the company looks to the future with confidence: driven by ideas, energy, and the people who make it all possible.
