December 13, 2024, Mallerstetten. In a festive setting, Spangler GmbH honored long-standing employees for their impressive loyalty to the company.

The awards were presented by Managing Partner Tina Lambert and marked the celebratory start of the subsequent Christmas party. A total of 13 colleagues were recognized for their many years of service – a testament to their remarkable loyalty and commitment.

An Invaluable Wealth of Knowledge

The honored employees bring together many years of expertise, forming an invaluable wealth of knowledge. “Each and every one of you has contributed in your own way over the years to making Spangler what it is today,” emphasized Tina Lambert in her speech. Lambert was particularly pleased to recognize her fellow managing director, Christian Brandmüller, for his 30 years of service.

Personal Tributes for Each Honoree

Each honoree received a personalized tribute during the event, creating an atmosphere of appreciation and recognition. Awards were presented for service durations ranging from 10 to 30 years.

Celebrating Innovation: Honoring the Innovation Award Winners

In addition to the long-standing employees, this year’s innovation award winners were also honored. Managing Director Christian Brandmüller presented the awards and highlighted the importance of creativity and innovation: “Having the right ideas at the right time is crucial to ensuring that Spangler remains successful in the future.”

Christmas Celebration as a Festive Conclusion

Following the awards, the Christmas celebration provided another reason for all employees to celebrate. A review of the 2024 business year revealed promising prospects for 2025. “We are experiencing a very strong order intake,” emphasized Managing Director Christian Brandmüller. The key sectors driving growth include environmental technology, renewable energy, the raw materials industry, and the food industry. Spangler GmbH sees significant opportunities in the automation and digitalization of these industries, which are not only economically promising but also socially forward-looking.
