01.09.2023, Töging. An exciting chapter begins today for a group of seven trainees taking their first steps on their career path.
This start of training marks not only a significant milestone for the trainees themselves but also highlights the company Spangler’s ongoing investments in fostering young talent. A total of seven apprentices will start their training in various fields such as electronics specializing in automation and system technology or office management clerks. Additionally, a career changer who is starting anew as an IT specialist in system integration was welcomed.
Spangler ensures that the individual skills of the trainees are optimally supported through a diverse range of training opportunities, preparing them for their future professional challenges. Managing Director Christian Brandmüller wished the newcomers a good start in their careers under the slogan “Power on your Future”: “The start of the apprenticeship is an exciting moment for us all. We are proud to welcome a group of young people and offer them the opportunity to discover and unfold their potential.”
The new trainees will undergo a comprehensive induction phase in the coming weeks and months. This phase allows them to become acquainted with the company culture, workflows, and colleagues. Guided by a trainer, they will develop both professional and personal competencies.
The start of the training underscores Spangler’s sustained commitment to training and its active role in shaping the workforce of tomorrow. The company relies on highly trained professionals to deliver automation solutions worldwide.
To facilitate this, the company also offers so-called Power Dates on September 26, October 24, and November 28 to provide interested individuals with the opportunity to exchange ideas. These events aim to attract interns, potential trainees, and professionals. They start at 17:30 and last about an hour, with no registration required.
